4.17K Run

Today I ran 4.17K in 30mins.  This was my fastest 4K to date!   It is very warm out today.  I was able to wear capris!  On January 12th...Capris!  I could have gotten away with a short sleeve shirt was well, but opted to wear a long sleeve.

It's not quite as warm here, but still very mild for winter. I love running in these temperatures. Great job on your speedy 4K.
