7.15K Run
Tonight I ran 7.15K in 1hour and 5mins. This is actually faster then I thought it was going to be. Since it is getting darker so much earlier now, I think I am going to have to look into getting night time running gear. Is there anything that you might recommend that I get for running at night? Anything you don't leave the house without?

I like my road id firefly . . . it's really bright so I feel as if I'm quite easily seen.
I'm NOT a big fan of running in the dark though - shorter days definitely makes it harder to get runs in (especially longer ones).
Good job - keep it up!
nice run! i really like a good vest and my headlamp when running in the dark! also...not absolutely necessary but i have a blinking blue butt light that I think is fun and definitely gets people's attention that I am there!
