Today I ran 13.84K in 1hour and 53mins with the running group. It was a bit slower then I would have liked but I started off a little late and hit a lot of lights. Not to mentioned I took a wrong turn and didn't realize until I had to back track a little. This is the route we took:

H20 on Perth near Hospital
east Middlesex X Bridge
south Richmond

Wednesday: Rest Day
Thursday: 10K Run
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 6K Run
Sunday: 16K Run
