Cross Train

Tonight I went to the gym and did 1/2 an hour on the elliptical.  I am off to a good start for the week!
I forgot to put up my schedule for this week so here it is:
Monday: Cross Train
Tuesday: 6K Run
Wednesday: Rest Day
Thursday: 7K Run
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 4K Pack Run
Sunday: Safe Harbour 5K Run
