Tonight I ran 5.29K in 43mins. Today was suppose to be a rest day but since I did not run on Tuesday due to a headache I decided to make up for it tonight. I waited until after 8pm to go as it was so hot out today. Last night I made a strawberry smoothie for breakfast this morning. I liked it better then the blueberry smoothie I made earlier in the week.
This is the recipe:
2 cups of strawberries (I used frozen)
1/2 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup of orange juice
1/3 cup of skim milk
1/2 tbsp of sugar
protein powder
