16K Run

Today I ran 16K in approximately 2hours and 8mins with the running group.  I forgot my Garmin at home, sitting on the table, but made it a point to check the time when we headed out and when I returned.  I am really happy with this time as my last 16K run last August was 2hours and 40mins.  I think the heat had something to do with that time! This is the route we took today:
north Clarence
east Dufferin
north Wellington
east Pall Mall
north Maitland
west Huron
north Waterloo
west Epworth
north Meadow Down
west Mayfair
north Richmond

east Bike path in Park
stay on bike path thru Western
south The Parkway
west Bikepath into Gibbons @ Huron
south Bike path into Harris Park
south Bike path into Forks of the Thames
west X King St Bridge
north Bikepath
west Riverview
west Evergreen
Thru Tunnel
west Terry Fox PW
Turn around at the end of the soccer fields to the north
retrace your steps to the King St Bridge
east King to Club

We had a demonstration at the beginning of running group today and I thought it might be beneficial.
Here's my schedule for next week:
Monday: Cross Train
Tuesday: 9K Run
Wednesday: Rest Day
Thursday: 10K Run with the Running Group
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 6K Pack Run
Sunday: 18K Run with the Running Group
