10.22K Run

Tonight I ran 10.22K in 1hour and 24mins with the running group.  It was a very nice night for a run.  Nice and warm!  This is the route we took:

west King
x bridge
north bike path
west Riverview
west Evergreen
south thru Tunnel
west Terry Fox PW
Turn around at Springbank Gardens Building
Start Tempo at the Turn around point
east TFPW
east Road back to Filtration Plant
east TFPW
return to Club as you came
