6K Run and Roasted Potatoes

Tonight I ran 6K in 49mins in the pouring rain.  I have never been so wet in my life!  When I came home tonight, my lovely husband had made Roasted Potatoes for dinner. 
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 pounds of potatoes, cut in quarters
2 tablespoons of olive oil or vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon of dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag; toss to coat.
Pour into an ungreased 13inch x 9inch x 2inch baking pan.
Bake, uncovered at 450 degrees F for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove from the oven and cover with foil to keep warm.
