7.43K Run

Tonight I ran 7.43K in 1hour and 5mins.  I wish it was a little faster, but oh well.  I bought a flashing light to wear when I run in the dark and it worked well for the run, but now I can't get it turned off!  I guess I will have to take it back tomorrow.
Today was the first day of Pile on the Miles from Run Eat Repeat.
