Today I ran 7K in 56mins! That is 4mins faster then my last 7K run. Today I took the day off as I have vacation days to use up before the end of the year. I will likely venture out to Walmart later today to see if they have any bathing suits for my cruise in two weeks! I am going out to dinner tonight with my coworkers tonight to celebrate how well we have done this year.
