2.06Mile Treadmill Run

Tonight I ran 2.06miles on the treadmill at a 4.1 setting.  I would have ran longer but I had to make it home in time for Ellen as Sophia Grace and Rosie are back!  Last night I made a yummy fruit salad.  Good to take to work for lunch!
