4K Run

Tonight I ran 4K in 40mins.  Wish I had run it faster but it was 30 degrees out.  I bought some Body Glide today and I am not sure how I lasted so long without it!  No chaffing anywhere!  I am a little worried about my 10K run tomorrow with the running group.  I hope I can do it!  I found out today that I have 2 weddings to go to, out of town, the day before I run my first 1/2 marathon in September.  I am going to be a bit tired. I am now off to a Birthday party for my friend Jenn.
