4.24K Run

Tonight I ran 4.24K in 35mins.  Also, tonight I finally sold my old Garmin off of Kijiji for $60.  Not bad!

11.47K Run

This morning I ran 11.47K in 1hour and 38mins.  I am pretty happy with this time.  I also bought a new 410 Garmin Forerunner!  It got it brand new off of Kijiji for $150! 

Yesterday I was at Mountain Equipment Coop and bought a tank top and capris for $20 each!

I also bought some Nuun to try as I am trying to make sure I don't have a repeat of last Sunday of becoming sick after a long run.  I did not like Nuun at all.  It was too fizzy for my liking.  I really do not like carbonated beverages, even soda is too fizzy for my liking. 

Cross Train #4

Today I did 4.17miles on the elliptical.  A little bit faster then last week, so I am happy with that.  Yesterday I bought a Garmin Forerunner 205 off of Kijiji for $75.  It is in really good condition and came with everything.

Wednesday: 7K Run

Thursday: Rest Day

Friday: Friend's wedding in Owen Sound

Saturday: 4K Run

Sunday: 14K or 16K Run (I haven't decided yet) and NKOTBSB concert!
