6K Run #9

Today I ran 6K in 50mins.  I am holding pretty consistent with this pace.  I started off feeling really cold and it was only 7 degrees.  I was thinking "How am I going to run when it is in the negatives?"  I started to warm up after the first KM.  2 weeks from today we will be on our way to Miami to board the Norwegian Sky for a cruise to the Bahamas!
