This morning I ran 13.81K in 1hour and 59mins with the running group. It was a nice cool morning. Hopefully it is nice and cool next Sunday for the Springbank 1/2 Marathon. This afternoon we went shopping for a new running hat for myself as my old one is really really smelly. I bought a Nike Daybreak Running Cap for Mountain Equipment Coop,
