8.59K and 4.78K Runs

Thursday night I ran 8.59K in 1hour and 12mins with the running group.  I missed posting on Thursday after the group run as the heat got to me and I ended up going to bed at 8:30pm. This is the route we took:

W-Bike Path
W-Riverview
W-Evergreen
Thru Tunnel
W-Terry Fox Parkway
Turn around at Victoria Boat Disaster plaque by the Filtration plant

This morning I got up for the pack run as I wanted to beat the heat later in the day.  I ran 4.78K in 38mins.
