4K Run and Pudding Pie

Today I ran 4K in 34mins after dinner.  My shins have been feeling better.  For dinner I made veggie pot pies some Pudding Pie for dessert. It's my husband's favorite dessert. 
Recipe:
1 and 1/2 cups of milk
1 pkg of chocolate pudding mix
1 tub of whipped cream
1 pre-made cookie pie crust

Directions:
Whisk 1 and 1/2 cups of milk with the pudding mix.
Scoop 1/2 the pudding into the crust.
Whisk 1cup of whipped cream with the remaining pudding.
Scoop the whipped cream/pudding mixture on top of the pudding in the pie crust.
Top with whipped cream.
Chill in the fridge for 3hrs.
