Cross Train and No Bake Energy Bites

Today I completed 2.1miles on the elliptical.  I am glad to start the week off with my cross training which I usually talk myself out of.
Yesterday I made some No Bake Energy Bites from a recipe I found on Smashed Peas and Carrots.

Recipe:
1 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/3 cup of honey
1/2 cup of ground flaxseed
1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
1 tsp of vanilla
Mix everything above in a medium bowl until thoroughly incorporated.  Let chill in the refrigerator for 1/2 and hour.  Once chilled, roll into balls and enjoy!  Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
