Tonight I ran 5K in 44mins. This is the same time as I ran the Barking Frog Summer Night 5K back in July! I definitely enjoy running in this cooler weather more than the heat and humidity of the summer.
Amen - me too!!! I'm sooo ready for the beauty the fall has to offer. Don't get me wrong, I love summer, but the HEAT and HUMIDITY were a killer for sure!!! Great job on your run.
