This morning I ran 10.16K in 1hour and 33mins. This is faster then my last 10K run. Even though the half marathon clinic I was in is over, our group leader agreed to let us meet up again on Saturday mornings through out the fall if anyone wanted to run together.

wtg! fastest ever feels awesome doesn't it? love that the leader will continue to meet. my half mary class ends this Wednesday and i'm going to be bummed for sure!
