8.2K and 5.2K Runs

On Thursday I ran 8.2K in 1hour and 6mins with the running group.  Today I ran 5.2K in 41mins.  It was much cooler today and I waited until 4pm to go out when it finally warmed up a bit.  Tomorrow is the Around the Square 10K Race in Goderich.  It is suppose to be cool and raining tomorrow.
