5.25K and 7.93K Runs
Last night I ran 5.25K in 41mins. I didn't run on Thursday as I was feeling under the weather. I actually came home early from work. I was worried I was coming down with a cold, but I feel much better now.
Today I ran 7.93K in 1hour and 1min! I made it home just before the rain started!

5.76K Run
Tonight I ran 5.76K in 48mins. I took a different route as I had to drop off a prescription. The route was a little darker then I had thought it was going to be. Next time I take that route at night I should probably wear my head lamp.

This afternoon I ran 5.35K in 41mins. It was much cooler out today. Tomorrow is the 10K River Road Run in St Mary's. I am worried I am going to be last as last year the last runner came in at 1:09. My best 10K time is 1:10...

6K Run
Tonight I ran 6K in 52mins. It was cooler out then I thought it was going to be. Today I bought a Groupon for $10 of Yo Yo's Frozen Yogurt for $5! I am so excited! Last night I joined Jamie's from From Couch to Ironwomen Virtual Book Club. First book is Mile Markers by Kristin Armstrong. I picked it up at the library on my way home from work tonight.

Cross Train and 50 Shades
Tonight I got my week off to a good start and went to a Newbody class after work tonight. Over the weekend I also finished 50 Shades of Grey.
I downloaded the trilogy to my Kobo as I thought I should see what all the hype was about. It is an easy read, but does have a few grammatical errors and a lot of overused phrases. I will continue reading the trilogy, but I would not consider it one of those books you cannot put down.

10K Run
This afternoon I ran 10K in 1hour and 22mins. It rained most of the day, but the sun came out this afternoon along with a cool breeze.

5.27K Run
Tonight I ran 5.27K in 45mins. Today was not a very good day at work so it felt good to get out for a run. I have decided to rotate my old shoes back into my training so I won't put too my KMs on my newer shoes before the Wine and Dine 1/2 Marathon in November. Last night we went to the Western Fair.
Needless to say I was not counting any calories last night as I might have had a deep fried mars bar. I think I forgot to include my schedule for this week on Sunday's post, so here it is!

This afternoon I ran 4.19K in 34mins. It was cooler out today with a bit of a breeze. I hope the weather is nice and cool tomorrow for my 1/2 marathon. Yesterday I picked up my race packet.

Tonight I ran 5K in 42mins with the running group. It was unexpectedly warm. It was also the last run with the 1/2 Marathon Group for this clinic. I may continue going and running with the Marathon Group, we will see. Also, check out Recipe Girl for a Blender Giveaway!

Tonight I ran 5.98K in 50mins. I waited until 8pm to go for my run as it was a very hot day today. It was still 28 degrees out at 8pm. It is suppose to thunderstorm tonight so hopefully that will cut the heat a bit.

5.98K and 4.11K Runs
Last night I ran 5.98K in 51mins. After my run we went to see The Campaign.
It was pretty funny.
This morning I joined the pack run and I ran 4.11K in 35mins. The route ended up being a bit shorter then my 5K goal, but it was okay, as I have a blister on my right toe and last night woke up with a charlie horse in my left calf. This afternoon I have been enjoying a marathon of Gilmore Girls on Much More Music.
